NAIL EXPO'04は、協会20年の歩みの集大成として、「ネイル産業の近未来」を見つめた新プランをテストパターンを含め積極的に実施致します。

「社会に役立ち認知されるネイル産業の環境整備」をコンセプトに、組織の拡充、規定制度の積極的見直しの推進と共に、教育委員会・講師会の努力により構築されてきた世界に誇れる「技術教育ソフト」を多角度からビジュアルで楽しんで頂きます。

ネイルが美容産業の一翼を担い、ネイリストが一般社会に完全認知される環境づくりの為に、関連各業界（美容・理容・エステ）への大幅な動員計画を含め、一般消費者に安心・満足を与えられるサロンシステムの提案と、＜シアター＞を始め＜世界のメーカー展示コーナー＞＜サロン・スクールコーナー＞＜ワークショップコーナー＞など、ネイル新世代とビューティ各界に向けて新たなパフォーマンスが展開されます。

さらに、史上空前のネイル技術選手権を始め、日本から発信している国際ネイル連盟（INIF)から、全世界のネイリストに呼びかけている「ワールド・カップ」開催を軸に、恒例の「ネイルクイーン表彰」などメモリアルにふさわしいプログラムを、マスメディアに強力にアピール致します。

そして、NAIL EXPOを[ビッグサイト]に定着させるべく、実行委員会のメンバーの英知を結集させ、費用対効果に適うパフォーマンスを積極的に実施して「すべての協賛社＆来場者が心から楽しめる魅力あるイベント」を目指し、クリエイティブなシーンを創り出して参りますので、皆様の積極的な参加を希求致します。

The 2004 International Nail Expo implements new plans toward the future of nail industry as the culmination of what our association has been aiming for the last 20 years. With the concept "the industry that is recognized and be of assistance for the society," we hope you will enjoy this event.　
To become part of beauty industry with presence and well-recognized by the public, we are holding enormous potentialities for the nail industry and the manicurists, and we are bringing you the best of our kind in this event.　
Also, to celebrate our 20th anniversary, we are preparing the world's best competition called "INIF World Cup" along with live performance shows and workshop seminars.
